The bright modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area open out onto the swimming pool terrace next to pergola shade (6X4m) with outdoor dining furniture. Next to the pool is the built in stone BBQ.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, shaker, kettle and a microwave. A 43′ smart Android TV with satellite channels, free high speed Wi-Fi throughout, hair dryer, safe deposit box and iron facility are standard. The sofa bed on the ground floor can easily sleep 2 adults and having a shower and a toilet on the ground floor it makes the stay of 8 persons very comfortable.
On the 1st floor, the villa consists of 3 bathrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony.
Set on a large plot, back from the road, there is ample parking for 2-3 cars. The villa is ideally located on the main bus route close to the popular resort of Protaras and the tranquil Cape Greko area and provides all one needs for a carefree holiday in the sun!
