Terms and conditions:

— Smoking is not allowed in the villas
— Pets are not allowed
— Open parties not allowed
— Electricity consumption for a normal daily use is included in the price. Extra consumption will be charged extra @ €0,28 per KWA.
— Upon check out an inspection will be done by the Housekeeping department to ensure that there are no damages. Any damages caused during the stay will be charged.

www.narcissosvillas.com (hereafter referred to as “The Site”) is part of A. Ch. Hotels Ltd (hereafter referred to as “The Company”) which is a Cypriot legal registered company registration number HE211684 and VAT registration number 10211684J.

Legal jurisdiction

Terms and conditions are governed by Cyprus government law and users of “The Site” accept the exclusive jurisdiction of The Government of Cyprus courts.

“The Site” can only be used to view or make reservations regarding holiday rental properties. Holiday makers are not charged access, and “The Site” can only be used for the above purposes only. A condition of using “The Site” is agreement not to use “The Site” for any illegal purposes, or purposes prohibited by these terms and conditions, or by other applicable laws and regulations. Use of “The Site” for any purpose other than research and reservations of a holiday rental property is strictly prohibited
