NARCISSOS BAY VIEW VILLA is conveniently situated just 1 kilometer from the renowned KONNOS Beach and 2 kilometers from the SUNRISE Beach and is also located between the two most popular tourist resorts in Cyprus; cosmopolitan AYIA NAPA and relaxing PROTARAS. With only three hundred meters to the nearest beach, its balcony and terrace have an amazing view of the sea, especially in the early morning for sunrise.
This elegant, newly renovated two-bedroom villa with private pool is fully air-conditioned and has a smart Android flat-screen TV with satellite channels, including all English and sports channels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. It is bright and airy, with modern furnishing and a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. There is a dish washer, cooker, washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box and ironing equipment. Bathroom has just been renovated and added a walking in shower. Having a sofa bed in the living room (140 X200 cm), the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons, 5th and or 6th person/s at extra charge.
The fully equipped barbecue facility next to the pergola shade is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing dinner. Protaras center and Fig Tree Bay just 2 Km away, Ayia Napa 8 Km away. Nearest supermarket with 300 meters, nearest bus stop 400 meters from the villa. Free private car park.
Useful information: For stays of 10 nights and over we provide 1-time free cleaning service and linen change during the stay.
In the price includes electricity of 30 kWh per day which is enough for a normal use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card. The deposit will be refunded upon departure provided there will be no damages in the villa.
